Cancellation Policy

Salon 360 requires 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. In the event that you do not provide 24 hours notice on a chemical or color service, the credit/debit card on file will be charged 20% of the cost of the service.
If you are unable to connect with a member from our front desk, try calling again at another time during business hours or emailing the salon at salon360nc@yahoo.com.
When booking for a chemical service please note that a wash, cut, and style is included.

Parking
We have limited parking in the front, so we ask to park in our back parking lot.
It offers easier access and a faster and safer way to get out on the road.
We also have a back entrance, no need to walk around the building.
