Cancellation Policy

Salon 360 requires 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. We ask that you call the salon at (910)-323-0394 or text our mobile number at (910)-323-0373.
In the event that you do not provide 24 hours notice on a chemical or color service, the credit/debit card on file will be charged 20% of the cost of the service.

Parking
We have limited parking in the front, so we ask to park in our back parking lot.
It offers easier access and a faster and safer way to get out on the road.
We also have a back entrance, no need to walk around the building.
