All appointments require a 30% deposit due at the time of booking. The cost of the deposit goes towards the total amount of the service. The deposit is required to hold your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
​
Deposits on appointments cancelled within 24 HOURS are NON-REFUNDABLE. Clients that no call/no show will lose their deposits.
If you need to reschedule an appointment, please call the salon to do so at LEAST 24 HOURS in advance. Appointments that are rescheduled over 24 hours in advance can use their current deposits towards the rescheduled appointment.

When booking for a chemical service please note that a wash, cut, and style is included.

Parking
We have limited parking in the front, so we ask to park in our back parking lot.
It offers easier access and a faster and safer way to get out on the road.
We also have a back entrance, no need to walk around the building.
