Appointment Policy

We aim to make sure that we are available to you, our clients, for the times that work best for you, and we ask that you extend the same courtesy. Appointments times are reserved just for you and the service you request. We require a valid credit or debit card when booking appointments for all new chemical and color clients and DevaCurl women’s cut and style, DevaCurl men’s cut and style, and DevaCurl child’s cut (up to 6). Our methods of payment are MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. The Cancellation fee will be applied to the card provided a client does not follow our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, a 24 hour minimum notice is required. Clients that have a card on file will be charged 20% of the services booked if they do not cancel with 24 hour notice or no-show the appointment. Returning salon clients that cancel without 24 hour notice or no-show will be required to provide a card before booking and will be subject to our Cancellation Policy for all future appointments.

Late Policy

Salons run on a schedule and we understand that plans do change. We ask that anyone running late please call the salon to let us know an estimated arrival time. We will hold appointments for 10 minutes provided we hear from you. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the service will be adapted to fit into the scheduled time if possible or we may ask you to reschedule to another time and/or day.

Child Policy

We feel as a company, children who are unattended pose a safety issue. We work in an environment that has sharp shears, razors, chemicals, and hot tools. If something were to happen to your child, it would not only be upsetting to you and your family, it would be equally as distressing to us as a company.

We encourage parents to visit the salon without their children unless the child has an appointment. During the appointment, children need to be able to sit still so that the stylist can perform a quality service. If your child is disruptive, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment.

Please understand that our concern is the safety of your child. We write this notice without the intent of offending, and hope that you will aid us in keeping our salon a safe environment. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions about our policy.

Additional Guest Policy

Our salon has limited seating in the waiting areas therefore we ask that all salon clients please refrain from bringing additional guests to their services.
